We strive to keep our website information accurate and up-to-date, but mistakes can happen. After receiving your inquiry, we will send you an email listing all the activities and the tour package you booked with us. Please read it carefully and confirm that everything is clear.

When you book travel on our website, with one of our agents: you confirm that:

1) You are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to create a binding agreement
2) You accept and agree to all the Terms provided here
3) The information you provide for the booking is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Any discussion or message you receive from our official WhatsApp +212668911240, our verified Instagram and Facebook accounts “Morocco Top Trips”, or from our official email addresses moroccotoptrips@gmail.com, contact@moroccotoptrips.com, or any email associated with the domain name moroccotoptrips.com is official, and Morocco Top Trips takes full responsibility.

Payments:

A deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required in advance to confirm any booking with us. The deposit can be paid directly when you book the tour by selecting the ‘Down Payment‘ option from the tour package you’re considering. If you choose the ‘Book Now, Pay Later‘ option, we will send you the payment details for the deposit via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer.

For the remaining balance, you can choose to pay it in Morocco:

Cash with no transfer fees,
Wise with no fees,
PayPal with a 5% fee,
Credit Card with a 3% fee in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).

Cancellation Policy:

Trip Cancellation from Our Side:

This is highly unlikely and would only occur in extreme emergencies. In such cases, we will refund your deposit in full with no fees required.

Trip Cancellation from Your Side:

For an emergency and you need to cancel the trip, please note that, as this is a private tour, the deposit is non-refundable. However:

If you cancel before 30 days of the tour departure, you can postpone the tour and use the deposit within the next two years under the same conditions, with no extra fees.
The deposit can also be applied to any private tour in any country where we operate, if you wish to plan an overseas trip with us.
The deposit can also be used by any member of your family, referred friends, or any traveler you confirm to us, in Morocco or any other country where we operate, such as Egypt, Jordan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Mauritania, and more.

If you cancel 0-29 days before the tour departure, we will charge you the same amount that the hotel charges us. The exact amount varies from one hotel to another. We will not charge you anything extra related to other services.

Flight delay:

For any flight delay causing you to arrive on Day 2 instead of Day 1, the total trip cost remains unchanged.
